Selam Restaurant offers a vegan Ethiopian/Eritrean dishes. Each morning, vegan meals are prepared separately using the freshest ingredients with no additives or processing. Our servings are flavourful and gluten-free. We have not offered seating since Sunday, March 15, 2020 due to the pandemic emergency. The kitchen staff strictly follow health and safety regulations, use plastic gloves, wash often, and are taking extra precautions with industrial grade disinfectant. Food is cooked thoroughly and properly handled during preparation.
